Office of the Vice Chancellor
The Vice-Chancellor (VC) is the Chief Executive Officer of the University with the overall responsibility for the direction, organization, administration and academic programmes of the University, and is responsible to the University Council for the general conduct and discipline of staff and students. The Vice-Chancellor serves as the Chairperson of the Senate and the Management Board.
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration, Planning & Strategy) (DVC-APS) is the Head of the Division and is responsible for overseeing key operational functions of the University, including: Human Resource Management, Institutional Planning, Infrastructural Development, Asset Management and any Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Vice-Chancellor.
Division of Academics, Research, Extension & Student Affairs
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor in charge of Academic, Research, Extension and Student Affairs (DVC-ARESA) serves as the head of the Division and is responsible for overseeing all academic matters, including admissions, the development and review of academic programmes, timetabling, teaching, examinations, and the marking and release of examination results.
