Moi University has five (5) campuses namely, Main Campus, Eldoret Town Campus (College of Health Sciences), Annex, Nairobi and Coast campuses. The University has 14 Schools namely; Agriculture & Natural Resources, Arts & Social Sciences, Business & Economics, Dentistry, Education, Engineering, Post Graduate Studies, Research & Innovation, Information Sciences, Law, Medicine, Nursing & Midwifery, Public Health, Tourism, Hospitality & Events Management, and Science & Aerospace Studies.

Annex Campus
Located at Annex in Eldoret. It hosts Schools of Law, Business & Economics, Tourism, Hospitality & Events Management.
College of Health Sciences
Located in Eldoret town near Moi teaching & Referral Hospital & AMPATH. It hosts Schools of Dentistry, Medicine & Nursing & Midwifery, Public Health.
Nairobi Campus
Located at Bazaar Building at the heart of Nairobi City, Kenya’s Capital.
