Finance, Planning and Development Committee<br>2. University Budget Committee<br>3. Graduation and Ceremonies Committee<br>4. Appointment and Promotion of Junior Level Administrative Staff from Grades 1 to 4<br>5. Staff Disciplinary Committee<br>6. Space Utilization and Allocation Committee<br>7. Staff Welfare, Development, and Training Committee<br>8. Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Performance Contracting Committee; and<br>9.
